CHALLENGE
As industry leaders for the HR profession and regulatory body for close to 20,000 HR practitioners in Ontario, the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) needed its new headquarters to be both a meeting place and centre of learning for many different constituencies. HRPA wanted an elegant, dynamic solution to help inform and guide visitors and staff through their 5000-square-foot Learning Centre.

SOLUTION
Replete with meeting rooms, a videoconferencing suite, a webcast studio, classrooms and networking areas, the Learning Centre was functionally enhanced with engaging digital signage that combines touchscreen wayfinding and display screens throughout. Scala Content Manager allows users to input content months in advance and then intelligently manage and wirelessly publish information to one or all screens.

BENEFITS
Clearview Digital Marketing translated HRPA’s requirements into solutions. HRPA now has a touchscreen that details the day’s events, complete with rooms and walking paths. Once inside, more screens attract viewers with relevant information about future events, speakers photos and biographies, the day’s schedule, and special promotions.
